Description
KodMail- AI-Native Email Marketing + CRM Pipeline, Campaign Builder, Automation & Multi-SMTP (SaaS)
KodMail– AI-Native Email Marketing + CRM Pipeline, Campaign Builder, Automation & Multi-SMTP (SaaS) is a self-hosted email marketing application with a built-in sales CRM. Customers send campaigns, run automations, manage subscribers, and follow up replies as deals on a kanban pipeline, all from the same workspace.
The platform runs an AI Copilot that uses real tool-calling, not a chat sidebar. Plain-English commands like “draft a re-engagement campaign and schedule Tuesday 10am” trigger real app actions behind a confirm card. Buyers bring their own OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, or Groq key.
Why KodMail is different
1. Modern 2026 stack
Laravel 11, Inertia 2, React 19, Tailwind 4. Light, dark, and RTL modes ship by default. Older scripts in the category still run PHP 7 and Yii 1. KodMail looks and feels like a SaaS dashboard, so your buyers can show it to their own customers without apologising for the UI.
2. CRM lives inside the same install
Kanban pipeline with drag-drop deals, companies auto-extracted from email domains, tasks with priority and due-date, and an activity timeline that captures every campaign open, click, and inbox reply. No paid HubSpot seat, no broken Zapier sync.
3. AI operator, not a chat box
The Copilot calls real app APIs. Creates segments, drafts campaigns, schedules sends, opens deals, logs activity. Shows a confirm card with the exact action before writing. Bring your own AI provider key, no tokens locked behind us.
4. Browser install wizard, zero command line
Upload the ZIP, open the URL, fill the wizard. The installer runs migrations, seeds defaults, creates the owner admin, and signs the buyer in. A web designer can install KodMail for a client without opening a terminal.
5. Developer-friendly codebase
Clean Laravel directory layout, named routes, typed controllers, every visible string in t() or __() so translations just work. 16 indexed HTML documentation pages cover installation, configuration, mail setup, billing, Copilot, troubleshooting, REST API, cron and queue, and customization.
