It imports no Flutter, reads no clock and uses no randomness, so a test and a live board agree by construction.
- Security rules you can read and run: getting onto a board takes its current code, only the owner changes the columns, a standup note can be written only by its author, a card is always added in your own name. 76 assertions prove it against the emulator.
- Join by code, stay by account: teammates sign in anonymously and can link an email later without changing who they are, so every card and note they wrote stays theirs.
- Eight dependencies, four of them Firebase. No vendor SDK, no chart library, no drag-and-drop package.
