What it does
- Collects reviews automatically. Amazon products by ASIN, Shopify storefronts by URL, or a CSV export from any other review app. Politely, on a schedule, honoring robots.txt.
- Scores sentiment on every review. From -1 to +1, tagged with the topics each review discusses: shipping, packaging, build quality, battery life, and so on.
- Writes a weekly report. Sentiment breakdown, rating histogram, ranked complaint and praise themes with real customer quotes, SWOT analysis, and a prioritized list of what to fix.
- Tells you when something breaks. Sentiment drops, negative spikes, rating falls, review flow drying up, or collection failing. Delivered by email, in-app, webhook, or push.
- Charts the trend. Sentiment week by week across every store, with review volume behind it, so you can tell a real shift from a small sample.
