- FIFO lots — each restock is a lot; sales consume the oldest lot first, with a full lot browser per item
- Frozen costs — cost per unit is snapshotted at sale time, so later restocks never rewrite profit history
- Item detail page — remaining quantity, stock value, FIFO lots, full restock history and monthly restock table
- Low-stock badges when remaining quantity falls to or below a configurable threshold

Orders, Fees & Refunds
- Automatic order sync every 15 minutes via the eBay Fulfillment API, with multi-line orders grouped by base order ID
- Real eBay fees per order from the Finances API — including automatic signed-request handling for UK/EU sellers
- Finance breakdown per order — sale price, fee lines, shipping, refunds, COGS (average + FIFO) and net profit in both views
- Refund handling that updates order status (paid → partial → refunded) and reverses stock correctly
- Manual unit-cost override per order and a per-order finance refresh button
