To use this app, you must first purchase and install Martvill.
Overview
This is an essential part of the order management system, enabling Delivery Man to receive, manage, and complete assigned deliveries. Delivery Man can view order details, update statuses in real-time, and track their earnings. As registered users, they can also place orders themselves, but cannot be assigned to deliver their own. The app supports flexible commission types and allows withdrawal requests via PayPal or bank, ensuring a smooth delivery experience.
Key features of Martvill – Delivery Man App
- Admin can add new Delivery Men from Delivery Boy > Add Delivery Boy. Only one Delivery Man can be created with the same email. Delivery Man access is allowed only if License Verification Status is set to Verified.
- Each Delivery Man is also a registered customer and can place orders, but cannot be assigned to their own orders.
- Commission system includes Salary (manual), Fixed Amount (per order), and Percentage (of order total).
- Delivery Man can toggle availability between Online and Offline. Only online Delivery Man can be assigned to orders.
- Admins or vendors can assign Delivery Man using a searchable modal from the order details page or by clicking Assign Delivery Man. Only one Delivery Man can be assigned per order.
- Delivery Man can view and update assigned orders, change order statuses (based on role permissions), and download invoices.
- Admin can allow or restrict vendor assignment, choose commission type, and manage notification settings (currently email only).
- Admin can view, filter (by name or availability), add, edit, or delete delivery men.
- Delivery Man earnings are tracked per completed order with totals and breakdowns available in downloadable PDF format.
- Withdrawal methods include PayPal and Bank. Requests start as Pending and can be updated by admin to Accepted or Rejected. Admin can export withdrawals to CSV or PDF.
- The mobile app allows order management, availability toggling, earnings tracking, withdrawal requests, and real-time email notifications.
