It ships as one package: a Flutter mobile app for families and caregivers, a Laravel backend with a REST API, a Filament operator admin panel, and a marketing website. Families post a care request and book a trusted caregiver in a few taps; caregivers accept work, clock in at the care address, deliver care and get paid; you, the operator, run verification, disputes, payments and payouts from the admin.

Built in trust and safety
- Honest verification levels (ID verified, document reviewed, third party background check). Presence never shows a blanket “verified” badge: families always see exactly how a caregiver was vetted.
- Geofenced clock in and clock out for real, timestamped proof of attendance, with off location visits flagged for review.
- Escrow payments. Funds are held when a booking is paid and only released to the caregiver after a clean, completed, undisputed visit.
- Server computed trust score from completed visits, on time rate, reviews and verification level. It is an audit value the operator can inspect.
- Disputes hold escrow until an admin resolves them in the family’s or the caregiver’s favor.
